It is best to start with the sale of the red tractor, and then buy a new one, which, at least 140 horsepower. It is also worth thinking about buying a quick pick-up that you will use to transport goods for sale, new purchases from the store and missions. Remember that the game is heavily focused on upgrading equipment, so you should do upgrades on a regular basis – for the sale of the old equipment you will receive 3/4 of the normal price.
Start with plowing the two fields. In the beginning it is better to choose a rape – it is more profitable than wheat, but the latter gives straw for the animals. However, it is not worth farming until you can buy a minimum of 10-20 animals, so as to take less unprofitable. Also, try quickly sell accumulated stocks at the warehouse to get more money at the start.
Now buy the device for fertilizer for $11 000. But at the same time, the price of artificial fertilizer for a single filling is around $2 800, and it will suffice approximately on one field. For this reason, it is better as quickly as possible to a natural fertilizer. Fertilizer field increases the yield by about 30%.
Next, buy a lawn mower. It is important to know that the grass that you cut, grow up again, and the process repeated. In order to collect the grass, use a trailer for silage, which is also suitable for wheat straw. For this you need a powerful tractor to get optimum performance. Freshly cut grass can be stored in the form of crops (cows and sheep) or used for biogas plants.
When you earn enough money you can start upgrading equipment for cultivation and planting (only one option in both categories). For $100,000 you can buy a new plot of land on the South-West of your lands. With two tractors and a harvester by default, you can easily handle three fields.
Now you can start thinking about farming. To begin, select one type of animal cow (at least 15) or pigs (at least 25), so how will they give free fertilizer. For pigs you have to sow rapeseed, corn and wheat. If you want to invest in cows, buy a device for creating bales. This is the only way to create the hay (after you mow grass). In the case of animals, each of them has two requirements: pigs – rapeseed and corn; sheep and cows – grass and hay. If you can’t provide all the necessary pigs, their reproduction and the creation of fertilizer is reduced by half. Cows and sheep are not so demanding – enough to give them hay or grass.
The next step is to purchase new equipment and, more importantly, of a new tractor. When you decide to move to another area, think about a new harvester.
